NOW Medical wanted a marketing campaign that could help increase volume of patients network-wide and improved profitability of each Express Care clinic location. Cost reduction per visit was also a key pain point that needed to be addressed.

A series of direct mail and on-site signage introduced many of the benefits of the NOW clinics at Cub Foods. Through a series of seasonal-specific messaging, patients started frequenting NOW Express Care clinics.
